MAIN FLOW is Gustav Global’s exclusive licensee for DATM technology in Vietnam. We cooperate closely with the Gustav team on research and development, bringing local knowledge and operational expertise to deployment planning, technical servicing and support for business partners.

Deployment, servicing and operational support

Our work with prospective partners covers the practical requirements of introducing and maintaining Gustav DATM systems:

• Deployment planning: location assessment, equipment configuration, installation coordination and integration requirements.
• Technical servicing: maintenance, troubleshooting and coordination with Gustav’s hardware and software teams.
• Operational preparation: procedures, staff training, monitoring, reporting and clearly defined responsibilities.
• Ongoing support: coordination between the equipment provider, site partner and relevant service providers.

The scope of each engagement is developed around the partner’s requirements, available technical capabilities and applicable approval requirements.

Research and development cooperation
